When I was asked to create an illustration for a calendar aimed at raising awareness about climate change and the ways individuals can potentially contribute to slowing it down, I jumped at the opportunity.
I chose mushrooms and the characters taking care of them, as a symbol of interconnectedness and achieving cumulative growth by making small changes and taking small steps towards a bigger solution.
